Vacancy: Financial Administration Employee

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable: You manage guests’ outstanding balances and ensure timely payments.
  • Accounts Payable: You process and verify purchase invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Cash and bank processing: You process all cash and bank transactions accurately.
  • Posting journal entries: You enter various bookings in the general ledger.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing: You assist with closing the administration at the end of the month and year.
  • Other administrative tasks: You will perform general administrative tasks, including processing documents and answering administrative questions.
  • Development Opportunities: We offer plenty of opportunities to further develop your administrative skills and grow in your role.
  • Flexible working hours: The number of hours is negotiable, but we require a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Who are you?

Completed MBO (or similar) education: You have completed an administrative training at MBO level.

Experience: You preferably have several years of experience in a similar position.

Accurate and independent: You work accurately and can work independently after the induction period.

Knowledge of Office and Minox: You have a good knowledge of the Office package, and knowledge of Minox is a plus.

Proactive: You take on tasks independently and contribute ideas for improvements.

Social and communicative: You have an open communication style and enjoy working together with colleagues.
