Teamwork and collaboration
As a Technical Service Representative, you’ll work in a team with several colleagues, each with a specific specialty and specific tasks. The Technical Service Manager is primarily responsible for daily management, but you’ll also work independently to a large extent. You’ll have frequent daily contact with colleagues from other operational departments. Communication between you is respectful. In addition to verbal communication, email, and phone calls, various deficiencies are reported in the Goticking software system.
