Teamwork and collaboration
In the role of Assistant Manager Technical Service, you will work in a team with several colleagues, each with a specific specialty and a focused set of tasks. As Assistant Manager Technical Service, you will be (jointly) responsible, together with the manager, for the daily management of your colleagues, but you will also work largely independently. From within the department, you will be in frequent daily contact with colleagues from other operational departments. Communication between you will take place in a respectful manner. In addition to verbal, e-mail and telephone contact, various deficiencies are reported in the Goticking software system.
