Microsoft Office 2013: The computer operating system that is used for the computers within the Ambassade Group. Without this system, the Ambassade Hotel would not be able to carry out its work properly. Every employee who needs to have access to the Ambassade Hotel network has its own login code and the system is professionally managed by a network administrator and the servers are protected with the latest versions of security software.
Mews: Property Management System of the Ambassade Hotel, in which all hotel reservations and data of our guests are registered. In this, the Ambassade Hotel keeps track of guest profiles that are important to provide the optimal service and guest experience. The PMS system is the beating heart of a hotel company, without such a system a hotel (of our size or allure) cannot or hardly function. The Ambassade Hotel has done everything possible to protect the data of guests as thoroughly as possible, access to the system is restricted to those who have to work with it daily.
Formitable: Reservation system for Brasserie Ambassade, the restaurant of the Ambassade Hotel. In this the reservations and guest data are processed for the proper functioning of the restaurant. The restaurant can not function without such a system. Access is restricted to those who have to work with it daily. Other systems / channels that the Ambassade Hotel uses and serve as a Table Manager are:- Unbookables- Opentable- The Fork
Annoncer: Digital kitchen operations management system that connect to our cash register system Lightspeed. It keeps track of guest food preferences. The restaurant can not function without this system.
Minox: Minox is the accounting system used by the Ambassade Hotel. This processes data from suppliers. The accounting system is an essential part of the proper functioning of the financial administration for the Ambassade Hotel. Access is limited to those who have to work with this system on a daily basis.
Koanbook: Reservation system for Koan Float, the wellness center of the Ambassade Hotel. The reservations for the float spaces and massage rooms are kept here and the guest data of the visitors are processed here. Without such a system, the wellness center could not function properly. Access to the system is limited to those who have to work with the system on a daily basis.
Camera systems: The camera systems used within the Ambassade Group serve to protect our guests and for the safety of our staff. The screens are placed in sight of the guests to notify that there are cameras hanging. Surveillance images can only be viewed by authorized managers and in the presence of a second person. Images are saved for 7 days. The Ambassade Hotel has drawn up a security protocol in which all conditions and the use of the cameras are described. Camera images are never viewed without an extra person present and images are only shared when requested by the authorities.
How long we store personal data:
Ambassade Hotel does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. All categories, the basis and storage periods are described in the processing register
