For our family business on the Amsterdam canals, we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic mise en place/preparation cook. Are you the person we are looking for?

Do you have a passion for cooking, but would rather not spend every evening in the kitchen? For our cosy brasserie, we are looking for a mise en place cook/preparation cook. As part of our professional kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing lunch and dinner, and you will form the basis of our kitchen.

Don’t feel like going home afterwards? At the end of your working day you can enjoy a drink with your colleagues.

During your shift you will be taking in and checking the incoming products, preparing the dishes and if necessary you will give support with serving lunch and in consultation also dinner.
