For our family business on the Amsterdam canals we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager. Are you the one we are looking for?
As a Human-Resource manager you are responsible for partly developing, executing and implementing the personnel policy within the Ambassade Group in line with the short and long term strategy of the management.
You will for example further develop, coordinate and implement the HR tools and terms of employment that fit the (strategic) goals of the management. This includes testing the functioning of these tools, analyzing them and translating them to a higher plan that you present with clear explanations and improvement proposals to the management team.
In addition, you develop and coordinate the training policy of colleagues within the Ambassade Group. You will study the sick leave protocols and improve the contact with Zorg van de zaak. You also adapt the recruitment and selection protocol to the current shortage situation, anticipate trends and make a plan with regard to the coming period. Furthermore, you also work on the relationships with business partners and educational institutions.

You maintain close contact with the various department heads and in the area of personnel you function as sparring partner of the MT. In addition, you work together with the HR team with a good working atmosphere and high commitment.
Have you completed at least a HBO education in HR management and three years of relevant experience? Do you master the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing? Then apply immediately!
