Vacancy Front Office intern

Purpose of the position

As a front office intern, you’ll be jointly responsible for providing our guests with a warm welcome and excellent, personalized service. You’ll support the team with check-in and check-out, provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area, and learn the administrative and operational processes within the front office. The ultimate goal is to contribute to an unforgettable stay for every guest while developing your skills as a professional hospitality professional.

Activities

You’ll start your workday by reviewing the previous day’s handover. Your primary responsibility is checking our guests in and out. You’ll also enthusiastically provide all the information about our hotel and the surrounding area.

You know what it takes to be a good host like no other, ensuring our guests have everything they need. Besides guest contact, you’ll learn all about the administrative tasks of a front office employee.
