Vacancy: Bar employee

Objective

As a bartender, you are responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests in the Library Bar. You master all classic drinks and cocktail recipes, but also enjoy the challenge of developing new cocktails and creatively incorporating local ingredients.

Not only do you prepare the perfect cappuccino, but you also surprise guests with flavorful, unique cocktails. Additionally, you ensure timely inventory management, assist with preparations, and maintain a clean and orderly bar.

Qualifications and skills

• Previous experience working behind a bar is a plus.
• Team player with a supportive attitude.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, including product knowledge and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing is a plus.

Working conditions

• Shifts between 09:00 and 00:30 (depending on whether it’s a day or evening shift).
• Working in the hospitality sector with a dynamic, international, and vibrant atmosphere.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and occasionally carry heavy trays or objects.
• Indoor environment with a dynamic and sometimes busy atmosphere.
