Doel van de functie

Developing and guiding talent and personal development processes from the HR department within the Ambassade Group. The HR & Talent Manager supports department managers in developing their management skills and contributes to a positive corporate culture within the Ambassade Group companies. A key component is further developing an efficient and effective working method for recruitment, progression, and outflow. The aim is to ensure optimal employee satisfaction and engagement.

Dagelijkse werkzaamheden

Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Supporting managers and employees with HR-related questions and problems.
Implementing and optimizing recruitment and selection processes.
Managing challenging HR cases, including absenteeism and handling, and the associated accurate documentation.
Coordinating progress meetings and personal/talent development programs.

Projecten

Setting up and implementing training, wellbeing and development programmes.
Monitoring employee satisfaction and following up on the results that arise from this.
Facilitating training and supporting long-term training plans.

Teamwerk en samenwerking

Leading and guiding the HR department with a focus on team development, information/knowledge sharing, and process monitoring.
Supporting other (operational) departments in the field of HR.
Collaborate with other department managers to identify and address development needs.
Working with the management team to implement strategic HR initiatives.

Kwalificaties en vaardigheden

At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, experience in the hotel sector is a must.
Experience with employee/talent development/coaching is a plus.
Bachelor’s of Master’s degree in Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde of Hotel Management.

Werkomstandigheden

Standard working hours Monday to Friday, 32-40 hours per week.
Working in the hospitality sector with a dynamic, international and vibrant atmosphere.
Participation in professional development programs and training.
