The Ambassade Hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam’s Canal Belt which was designated a UNESCO world heritage site in 2010. The hotel consists of more than 10 interconnected 17th century canal houses. Considering the historic nature of the buildings and the stringent laws that control its renovation, the buildings have not yet been made wheelchair accessible.
The Ambassade Hotel is currently considering the options on how to make the hotel more easily accessible. In case of a future renovation we will do our utmost to make the Ambassade Hotel better accessible for guests with disabilities.
