“We especially enjoyed the Library Bar, with its 5000 first editions”

“We loved this hotel! One of the best (maybe the best?) I’ve ever stayed in. Great location, beautiful buildings. I had one of the larger canal view rooms, my friend had a charming duplex room with a study/sitting room. We especially enjoyed the Library Bar, with its 5000 first editions (we are both in the book business), but it was the people who worked there who made it really special. Everyone was incredibly nice, and they went out of their way to help us with a mini-crisis or two and anything else we needed. I can’t wait to go back!”
