The Terrace at the Ambassade Hotel invites you from 10:00 AM until midnight. Whether you’re enjoying a cozy morning coffee, a peaceful afternoon tea, or an evening of expertly crafted drinks, our doors are always open to offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Join us to indulge in a curated selection of fine beverages and relax in the charming ambiance of our historic setting.

Certainly! We offer a selection of light snacks to perfectly complement your drinks. Indulge in our array of cheeses, bitterballen, sausages, olives, and nuts, carefully curated.

The Ambassade Hotel has a garage with limited parking space upon availability, located about 150 meters away, reservations are required. It is also possible to park your car along the canal. Please be aware that the centre of Amsterdam has paid parking daily, from 9.00 hrs – 0.00 hrs, on Sundays from 12.00 hrs – 00.00 hrs. It is only possible to pay with maestro or creditcard (unfortunately not cash). Costs are 7,76 euro per hour.

Alternatively, it is possible to park at the public parking ‘Q-park Europarking’, on Marnixstraat 250. The hotel reception will be pleased to give you directions. This garage is located within about 7-8 minutes walking distance of the Ambassade Hotel.

Since we are centrally located, we are also very easy to reach by public transportation. For example, from Central Station you can take tram (streetcar) 12, 2, 14 or 4, which will take you about 12 minutes. You can get off at the stops Koningsplein or Rokin.
