Activities
As an intern in our Food & Beverage department, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks that will help you develop your professional skills. You will learn from experienced colleagues and gain valuable hands-on experience in a guest-focused and dynamic hotel environment.
Hospitality: Welcome guests to our brasserie or bar, guide them to their table, and ensure they feel at home right away.
Service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner: Learn how to provide excellent service, from taking orders to serving dishes and drinks.
Product knowledge: Gain knowledge of our menu, wines, and beverages, and learn how to advise guests professionally.
Preparation and mise-en-place: Support the team with daily preparations, such as setting tables, preparing the buffet, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Cooperation with the kitchen and other departments: Learn how to collaborate efficiently with the kitchen team and other departments such as Front Office or Housekeeping.
Cleaning and closing duties: After service, help tidy up and prepare for the next shift.
