In the role of a Front Office staff member, you will work collaboratively with a team of receptionists and reception assistants. You will be guided by the Front Office Manager but will operate independently while working respectfully with one another. The division of tasks between Front Office staff and reception assistants is clearly defined; however, through effective teamwork, you ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests, providing the assistance they expect, including handling luggage and transportation.
Together with the Reservations department, you strive to offer guests the most suitable room and make adjustments to room arrangements as needed based on the situation.
In addition to collaborating with colleagues within the department, teamwork with other hotel departments is also essential to provide the best quality and service to our guests and exceed their expectations. This includes working and communicating with other operational departments as well as with external suppliers, such as museums or tour operators.
