Quality control: You ensure that cleaning meets established standards and guidelines by conducting inspections of rooms and public areas. Additionally, you provide feedback to team members and work on improving cleaning processes.
Operational efficiency: You actively contribute to enhancing the operational processes within the Housekeeping department by streamlining daily tasks and routines. You identify and report opportunities for improvement, support the implementation of efficient practices, and help optimize processes to increase productivity and control costs.
Communication: You ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments. You share important information and instructions with team members, report findings and progress to the housekeeping manager, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational processes. You play an active role in resolving issues and addressing questions, ensuring that all staff are well-informed of their tasks and responsibilities.
